We have grown rapidly and there is an entrepreneurial energy surrounding our company with new projects emerging all the time. We work hard, including some evenings and weekends (when the matches are on), but our employees have a large degree of flexibility. You are free to plan your own time and many of us often work from home. This also means that the atmosphere here is pretty informal, with people coming in and out of the office throughout the day.
